Guest guest
Hi Amy And . I replyed earlier but for some reason the e-mail for yahoo was getting bounced. Had to re-establish the Yahoo account. The highest my Creatnine had ever gotten was 2.0. Thats why I couldn't understand why they panicked and wanted another test. I felt fine during the 1st test but the only thing I did differently was I excercised with weights 1st because I don't like to after getting blood drawn. I wonder if excercising may have raised the creatinine? Any way thanks for the comments Amy and . Gordon
Guest guest
Sorry about the email bounces Gordon. That happens from time to time. Happened to me about a month or so ago in fact. Glad you got back with us. I don't have any scientific facts about exercise before getting your blood drawn, but since creatinine is a by-product of muscle metabolism, it stands to reason it could make your level higher. I do know that you are warned not to exercise during a 24 hour collection and I am sure there is a reason for it.
