Thanks for the appeal writing help everyone -- I went with the argument that we had treatment with CT on the first band before coverage with Aetna. Our in network provider recommended a second band (sort of, after I asked him to) and I played on this aspect too. Instead of paying some awful amount ($1700?) we'll pay $390. Woo hoo!!!!!
