Guest guest
Congratulations Dawn! That is great news. I know how hard it is to lose weight, so that is a great accomplishment. Keep dancing. Jeannie weight loss ??? Had something happen today that has me dancing and laughing. For several years I was not able to sit in one of those plastic garden chairs. Reason being that when I put my butt in there I had an awful time getting it out, like when I stood up the chair came with me and then there was the tug-of-war to get the darn thing off. Today we had a party to celebrate our grandson's birthday and it was so lovely we went out to the garden and they brought out one of these hard plastic chairs for me to sit in and I said that I had better not as I didn't want to go through that again. My friend said you've lost some weight try it, so I gave it a try. I gingerly sat and it didn't feel too bad, no side digging into my thighs, so thought I had better see if I could get out. WOW!!!! I sat, then stood and repeated again and again and again with no sticking in the chair, it was great!!. Haven't been on a scale yet but sometimes it is the other things that tell you that it is happening. I am so excited and happy that I can sit in a chair and get out so easily that I am dancing all around so hope you will come join me.Dawn No virus found in this incoming message.Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.Version: 7.0.338 / Virus Database: 267.9.4/57 - Release Date: 7/22/2005 No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
Hey Dawn – that is so great! Isn’t this what weight watcher’s refers to as Non Scale Victories? Where your weight loss affects your day to day joy in life and does not have to be reflected in the numbers dropping on the scale. Though you probably have that too. Good for you ---- I’ll dance!! There is another office closer to home and the seating still has arms, but the chairs are a little wider, so they don't come along when I stand up.
