We picked up the helmet last Thursday and that afternoon I left a message for the orthotist to call me back since I had questions. As of Monday, no call so I called back and left another message. Today is Wednesday and still no call back. Granted I have resolved most of my questions, thanks to the wonderful people on this board. However I think it is rude and unprofessional that the office has not called me back to answer my questions (since they don't know I have them answered). What should I do? I really don't like how we are being treated, afterall we are a paying " customer " (patient). I have to rely on these people for several months and it really is bothering me. Thanks for listening!
