It sounds to me like it might be something like eczema. It can flare

up as a result of sweating and heat. My son Connor had/has crusty

spots on his head also, more so when it's warm out. The

hydrocortizone should help. Also making a paste from of Aveeno

Soothing Baby Bath treatment and applying to the spots when she's

taking a bath or before you wash her hair may help.
