Guest guest
> Looks great Weezie! How do you fix your salmon? > Maureen LOL When I saw the above sentence I just have to say, " It wasn't broken. " Chuckle, snort, giggle. Actually, it was canned salmon and I just added a tiny bit of mayo and some green onion and I chopped some lettuce into it. That is all. However, today it gave me an upset tummy and I think that was because I got too hungry before I ate it. I should have had something for a snack earlier in the day but I was busy and didn't take time for a snack. Weezie

Guest guest
LOL!!! Is this the little cans like tuna fish come in or the big cans with all the bones? I bought a little boneless/skinless can (like tunafish) the other day, but I haven't tried it yet. My mom used to make salmon patties all the time when we were little and I decided to try some. Haven't had any in about 20 years. Don't know if I will fix it like tuna or as patties. Maureen Re: Weezie's journal July 20, 2002 XO > Looks great Weezie! Guest guest
Yes, it was the little can of salmon but it has the bones in it. I like them so I don't take them out. I love salmon cakes but I don't make them for just me. If I had a family to feed I would probably do something like that to spread out the salmon farther.
