dental hygiene suggestions

Hey everyone. I'm getting lower setback done on Friday (5/23). My

surgeon doubts that I'll be wired. Still, I was curious what others

found to be helpful for keeping teeth clean during recover. Did

anyone use diluted mouthwash? I'm concerned that what I use now will

sting when I have stitches and everything. Any suggestions would be

helpful.

i had my lower pushed back almost 2 weeks ago and from day one i have been using

this wash by colgate called peroxyl. the blue one stings my lips and the green

one doesnt sting at all. i am wired shut so this is what my surgeon reccomended

to me and im sure you will hear about it. it is a mouthwash with the additional

purpose of healing so i had to swish it all over my stiches and it hasn't

bothered me yet!
