I'm sure the dream is due to all the stress and worry over the ep and your future. When you do get pg again it won't be as bad as the dream...you will know where to find a phone and you will be monitored very closely by your dr. Being a nanny must be a tough job do have right now with all the emotional stresses you are going through.
