Citrus Punch

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I really do wake up happy and cheery very early every morning , I kind

of make myself sick. Now if I could just carry that enthusiasm until I go to

bed. I get so much done at 5 a.m. but then later in the day do not have the

energy for anything. Guess I am just a morning person. Soooooooo What is on your

menu today? We are having:

Cous Cous Salad topped with parmesan cheese

Roasted Asparagus

No pudge brownies for dessert

Made the salad yesterday so it would marry all the flavors.

The " Canning of the Green Beans " is scheduled for this evening. I think we will

be having chicken burritos with salsa con queso and baked Tostitos (provided

Kevan and didn't eat them all last night while I was in class!).

Tonight we are going to an Oakland A's baseball game becuase it's 1$

Wednesday (1$ admission for the bleachers and 1$ hotdogs) Will limit

myself to 1 hotdog and maybe a few garlic fries. I packed some rice

cakes and fruit to bring in to the game. They also have sushi at the

park so if I'm still hungry I'm going to try that (I'll only have

cooked fish/crab like california rolls---I don't know about raw fish

at the ballpark!)

and I am still working on starting fresh from the cabinets and still

have not gotten to the grocery store, I will go today!!!!!!! So we

are having our own stupendous salad and Trader joes soup in a box the

creamy brocoli and the potatoe leek. I promise my menus will be more

exciting next week once I get it together a little better.We will

have cherry angelfood cake topped with free cool whip for dessert.

I was wondering where you were yesterday. I'm glad to hear it was only

problems with your server although that is so frustrating. That is too

funny about your DH calling you to say you could come home now. LOL That

sounds like something my DH would do.
