Hi,

I joined this group a while back and then got sick and wasn't able to

continue reading all the emails and so had to put this group on the

back burner.

I remember when I first joined, reading someone's posting on a

chemical that carbohydrates produce that causes you more pain and that

a low carb, high protein diet like Atkin's was a good thing.

Can anyone tell me or forward me that post? Or do you know what

chemical that is? And more about it? Why it causes pain???

I have been doing the Atkins diet and it has really cut down on my

daily pain level and I am up walking around!!!

I would love to research that more. If anyone knows anything, I would

love to hear from you privately or through the group!!

Thanks so much,

Laurie

I found this group talks a lot about low carbs and using high

protein..... at:

http://communities.msn.com/FibromyalgiaHelp/_whatsnew.msnw

This site has a lot of information on the different things people are

using that help with their fibro.
