Guest guest
Taking large doses of vitamin A can permanently damage your liver, so I would strongly advise against trying it unless you are under a doctor's supervision. Guest guest
I've taken high dose beta carotene (non-toxic source of vitamin A for most) to try to help with photosensitivity. I took the high dose for several months - it had no effect on my rosacea. Jen >has anyone taken vitamin a in large doses to help cure rosacea or as a >cheaper alternative to accutane. Guest guest
I agree. A long time ago, I used to drink about 16 oz. of carrot juice a day. After a few weeks, my skin started to have an orange tinge to it. Also, I started having diarrhea (sorry for being gross). Go see an MD if you want to go this route. You can do permanent damage to your system which can cause greater problems.
