Guest guest
That casting can be rough but it is over really fast. I've heard all good things about the Paramus location. Guest guest
Sherry, Good luck on Thursday. For us the casting was the most difficult part, but it's over quickly. They just get PO'd. Both my kids took awesome naps afterwards which of course was a plus! Make sure you wear some junky clothes. We had to pay for our son's band as our insurance stunk. This time insurance covered half of it due to our provider being out of network. It's a sacrifice, but like you said they are our babies Let us know how it goes! Mom to Dane (4 yo) and Cece (13 mo) DOC Grads

Guest guest
Hi Sherry, I went to the Paramus CT and LOVED it! The best advice I can give you is bring a lollipop. It's a great distraction. The casting is over pretty quickly, really. Let us know how you make out. --- In Plagiocephaly , " alwell_sherry " <type916@a...> wrote: > > I'm nervous. Guest guest
Thanks . I'll let you know how it goes Thursday. I'll be a long day I have to be there at 8:30am and coming from NYC during rushhour I'll need more than the usual amount of time. Me being a city dweller I don't drive so my sister is the designated driver and my husband is the picture taker and car seat installer. (ha ha) My baby is a bit scared of things usually even though he's really easy going. I saw some pictures where they cover the eyes and hold the arms I know that will freak him out. He's only turning 6 months Monday is he too young for a lollipop? He's just starting cereal when he turns 6 months. My husband is a nut for sticking to guidelines. I think the lollipop sounds like a great idea. He loves the Hyland teething tablets. Sherry > > > > I'm nervous. My baby is having his casting done Thursday. I'm also > > excited. Guest guest
Hi Sherry, I know all about the lovely drive to Paramus, I'm on Long Island. :-) He's not too young for a lollipop, make sure it's a big one and you hold it. He's going to love it, it'll help keep his mind off of what the ortho is doing. Tell hubby to be a little lax this time. :-) Good luck. Ps.. I hope that traffic isn't too bad. I hated getting on the Mah Wah Parkway, there was ALWAYS a traffic back up. > > > > > > I'm nervous. My baby is having his casting done Thursday. I'm > also > > > excited.
