Guest guest
Hi Stacey, Good for you for following your gut. Treating the tort will not correct his facial/ear asymmetry or fix his headshape. It will help prevent it from worsening, but will not cause it to improve. Not all doctors are " pro banding " so they many simply not be willing to write a scrpit out no matter what. I'd call that Cranial Tech near you and ask them who would be local to you that provides referrals to them. I've added VA Beach docs to your subject line too, so maybe someone here has a good suggestion. Your ped can also write the prescription, it doesnt need to be a specialist. Good luck! , mom to Hannah, DOCgrad Cape Cod, Ma http://hannahsnoggin.typepad.com > > We have been told that my daughter has plagiocephaly. She is > > almost 8 months old and was 6 weeks premature.
