> Jen,

Oh my hon! I hope it's ok. Ice it down and take it easy for a few days.

Lucky for you is right that your pup came back. Not my beasts! They

get free they are soo gone! The one is getting old and fat so doesn't

go too far anymore but my husky, oooftda, she will be gone for hours

if she gets the chance!

Take care,

Gena

If no one has answered 3/4 is .75 so your scale and their scale are probably the same. the digital would round up to .8. Sorry thats the math teacher in me talking)

Anita

I did it!

I joined TOPS this morning and hubby went too. He is even gonna join next week. Only bad thing....it is at 8:30 in the morning! The meeting was about 1 hour, they have all kinds of rewards and such and the people were so nice. I do have a new starting weight though 294 3/4 on their scale. Anyone one know what 3/4 = on the digital scale? I weighed at home before I left and I was at 294.8. So, my new weigh in day is Wednesday.

Anita,

Thanks for the scale info. I am so dumb when it comes to that. Math was not ever a subject I liked or was good in. LOL That is why I went into Elementary Education with an endorsement in K.

Donna, uncontrolled eating? What's up? Stress or something? Are you drinking

lots of water to keep feeling full? Don't be scared to weigh in. If it's bad,

it will help you control your uncontrollable eating. If it's not bad, count

your blessings. Either way, if you have to, stock your fridge with healthy

stuff and no junk. That way, even uncontrolled, you'll be okay.

It was, but the ride alone was 45 minutes one way and I don't like to travel that far by myself.~Coco~ wrote:

Gail,

Sorry to hear about the stress eating. Moving can cause all kinds of problems on a weight loss plan. *hugs* Hopefully you will feel better and be back OP 100%. You can do this!
