Guest guest
Hi JPVictor, Your post just made my day :-) That is exactly what our objective is with this board. That you have learned to accept your condition and move on with life as normal as possible is also a testimony to your personal strength. You are doing so good to walk three miles a day. I thought I did ok with 4 days a week, but I can see I need to stretch that goal to keep up with you! I am glad you are doing so well, and pray you will stay stable for many years to come. I have learn to accept my condition and move on with life as normal as possible and it all of you people who helped make it possible. My BP is down to an average of 123/74 I am only taking diovan with hct and half a pill of atenolol daily (down from 4 pills) I walk 3 miles and drink a gallon of water a day, blood work is monthly and doc visits every 3 months, with any luck I hope to only have to see the doc once or twice a year. I don't know the results of my blood work because the doctor told me that they would call me if they were not happy with my numbers and if I need to do anything different. I know I am not out of the woods with this thing, but because of > all of you, I am at least on the path of control and feeling better about it, thank you again and GOD BLESS to all! you are all I'm my prayers. > > JPVictor >
