Guest guest
I itch everywhere...back, arms, and legs...It's horrible, but it is better than the pain. So, I guess I'll deal with it. Is this coming from the Zanaflex? Take care, Irene co-moderator

Guest guest
Hi. Between the doctor and the pharmacist, they decided that it was indeed an allergic reaction, but not so bad that they took me off of the med. I'm really allergic to most of the other meds, and therefore he said this is one of the last meds that they can give me to help...without him seriously worrying that I'll get addicted to it. It seems that all is well as far as the doc is concerned, and taking a higher dose of the ocycontin is working much better. Thanks y'all for all of the info, Shay

Guest guest
Irene, The Zanaflex is not what is causing the itching, it's the Oxycontin. Oh yeah, Zanaflex is safe to use long-term also.
