Have you been sick, like vomiting or the runs, or have you been exercising

hard or sweating for some other reason? That can seriously fuck your blood

levels.

is HIS OWN PERSON, nonetheless, and he's going to have bad days

whether you are supermom that day or not. Our kids have a right to their

shitty moods just like the rest of us. It's not your fault.

Kris, you know I'm rapid cycling too. If you want to write me offlist and

really vent on BP, PLEASE DO. Because I've been there, and I'll be there

again, and I would be glad to listen and do whatever I can to help you

through a bottomed-out lithium level.
