I read about it in the paper and it is a retired baker who has started a gluten free bakery in part because of his celiac granddaughter. It is located at n47-w28270 Lynndale road in Pewaukee. I plan on checking it out soon. I don't need the extra carbs, so have not visited it yet. Good to know it is there thou. Especially, since my kids have not yet been tested.
