Journal looks great! How many points was the brat by itself? And, give

yourself a big pat on the back for not eating because you were not hungry! That

is a great accomplishment that I wish I was able to do more often!

Lunch- Turkey on hard roll w/ mustard-3.5

Dannon Light 'n Fit Creamy Peach-2

Snack: pretzels-1

Dinner: Lwft brat on bun-7

pretzels-2

BLT's-2(helped 3 yr old with last couple bites of her brat)

Snack- 1/2 of 2 pts bar-choc mint flavor(split w/daughter)-1

TOTAL:21.5

RANGE:20-25

WATER: 128 oz

EXERCISE: none:(-decided to take the day off--)

Had a good OP day, wish I had a better loss at weigh in, but as long

as I am following the program, there is not much else I can do

right?:) Had planned to have ice cream but was too full to have some

after dinner. Imagine that!!

Well, ...when my nieces are nephews are bad, I usually give them

a time out...but I guess it would be nice to know how many points

they are if they REALLY make me mad...LOL! LOL!

I did a double take when I first read your question..hahaha! Didn't

know brats (as in " you little brat!! " ) are WW Friendly! heheheh...
