Guest guest Posted June 10, 2006 Report Share Posted June 10, 2006 What is supposed to improve with Urso? My labs aren't bad. Alk Phos in the 300's and bilirubin at 0.3. I am just starting the meds today, and I'm on 500 mg 4 times a day. Seems high to me. I'm not jaundice. I'm not itchy. My only symptoms are the cholangitis attacks.
