Ok...I am very disgusted with myself. I am having a horrible time

staying OP. I am letting the tiniest things derail me, and I gained

four pounds this week, bringing me back up to 267.

I have to go to the doctor in the morning for my regular blood tests. I

plan on starting fresh tomorrow. What better day to start than the day

the doctor will weigh me and do all my blood work. Then, I will be able

to tell how much my OP meal plan is helping by the results from my next

visit. Ok...that sounds a little dumb, but it made sense in my

head...lol!

I am going to work on exercise, journaling and water this week as well

as taking my blood sugar at least four times a day and taking my

scheduled shots.

Hang in there. You can do this. I haven't excercised in about 2 weeks or

followed any sensible eating plan.I did find out the plan I ordered will be

here about mid June because they ran out of materials and had to get more.

The response was apparently greater than they thought it would be. I haven't

stepped on the scales in at least 2 weeks either. I need to take the bull bu

the horns and get back with it. I have good intentions, but never follow

through. And we have some not so pleasant things going on at work too that

have caused grievance to be filed and I am a stress eater. (I was also the

one who got the ball rolling on the grievance filed by four of us) So if I

can get with the program you can too. As soon as I can get back to the store

I will hop back all the way on the wagon. Until then I will be holding on to

the end and trying to eat decently. Are you with me? TOGETHER WE CAN DO

THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear you had a gain. I have had a hard time staying OP too. I do recall a newer post by you stating that you are joining WW so hopefully that will help you out. I know you can do this!!!

....was a good one considering how bad I have been (as you probably

guessed by my absence of a daily journal posting...lol)! I lost 2.2

pounds for a total of 3.8 since I joined WW on 05-26-04!

I am starting to journal again tomorrow. My WW meetings are going to

be on Tuesday except for one week out of the month when my partner

has another meeting for a motorcyle club she and my grandparents are

in. On that week, we will weigh in on Thursday and attend that

meeting. My WW buddy lost too!

I am not going to use any Flex Points when I start journaling

tomorrow since my official week would not start until Monday anyway,

and I am quite sure I have already used my Flex Points for the whole

week anyway...lol! I know that I can do this...and I am on the wagon!

, I will keep Jess and your entire family in my prayers. Take

care of you so you have the strength to be there for her. You are a

strong women, and I want you to know that I, like all the other

members of this wonderful group, are here for you!

Stix, I will let you know about the cheddar popcorn thingy...you're

posts (complete with signature) always cheer me up!

Coco, your new plan sounds FABULOUS! And your hard earned $$$ is

going to circle right back to you! That's the best plan I have seen

so far! You go, girl!

Jon, I know that by now your GF is fitting right in with your family.

I hope you guys had the best of get-a-ways!

BTW...how is everyone doing on the President's Challenge! I started

over and will have to join our group with my new ID. So far WEEK 1

was a success!
