Guest guest
, Based on your answer to our prior posts about what not to eat, it looks to me like your unhealthy diet could be a major component in what Andy has labeled as a mood stability issue. High sugar intake can really jerk a person all over the place, and if you're eating a lot of trash, you're not going to see much good effect from supplements. Before you start looking at pharmaceutical mood stabilizers, many of which are outright dangerous, I would suggest you do a trial period of a sugar-free nutritous diet. Andy may have given you a different answer if he knew what your diet was like. If you don't buy anything processed, there aren't any labels to read. Do you need to eat gluten free? Guest guest
Diet is a real possibility. Try eating a simple diet of the same safe things for a couple of weeks. If at all possible, get organic food. Suggestions are Mangoes Pears Persimmon Artichokes (french, not jerusalem); Squash of any sort; Lettuce; Celery; carrots; parnsips. Mackerel, herring, sardines. Duck; Chicken; Turkey Lamb; Rabbit; Beef; Pork Just pick a few you can get organic locally for not too much. I know this is very limited, the first thing to do is eat VERY SAFE STUFF and see if diet is the issue at all. Then you can introduce more foods.
