When I'm wanting to munch out on something, I would want a banana or other

fresh fruit. If I am in a crunching mood, I now love my Presto PowerPop

micro popcorn maker! Got it at Wal-Mart about a week ago, and my family

makes popcorn most every night now! It air pops without fat, too. I bought

Jiffy yellow corn, and it comes out as tender as Orville R.'s popcorn! :)

When you want something to munch or snack on, what do you ususally

want?

My Answer:

I always try for a free or low point snack (veggie or fruit), if they

don't work then I go for a crunchy snack (cracker, rye crisp, animal

crackers, naked chips), and if that still doesn't curb it then I go

figure out if I really want anything or if I am just bored.

What about you?

When you want something to munch or snack on, what do you usually

want?

I usually want something salty and crispy or at least starchy. Starches are my

absolute weakness! I try to keep 94% RF popcorn on hand or some roasted

chickpeas or RF chips or crackers when these attacks hit. I have also found

that mini bagels with a small amount of RF Cream Cheese is really good when the

MunchMonster hits.

BTW, for those of you with a CVS drugstore in your community, they carry a CVS

store-brand of baked cheese crackers that are wonderful and only 3 points per

serving (I think you get like 30 crackers/serving). They are about 1 1/2 inches

square and when you get 30, that is a lot! They are really crispy and remind me

of the Better Cheddar snacks. Plus, for those of us who really watch our food

budget, they are only $1.50 a box (on sale now in the Southeast for 99 cents!)

(Hey Maureen, I finally had an original answer! LOL)
