You will be in the 170's in exactly 1 pound! OMGosh! I remember how

good it felt to get out of the one 190's and hit 189, then when 179

came around....it was party time!

Way to go!

I am delirious with happy dancing and going shopping today with bday

money. I'm blowing it all on me and not paying a single bill with it.

That is soo awesome!!!! Good for you! I can't wait to get down that

far. I have had several numbers that are pretty important to me.

Starting at 284, 250 was a big one, then when I had lost 50, then 200

which I was below for about a week last summer but gained some back. So

that is the big one again, to get back under there. Next is getting in

the 170s. So I'm happy for you and it gives me hope! Keep up the great

work. You are an inspiration.

Well I'm a maintainer this week. 179...no change from last week. I

thought I'd hit a plateu around this week. Hopefully circuit

training on Thursday for May and June kicks me out of the maintainer

to the loser circle!

But I'll take maintaining over gaining with a smile! LOL
