EVEN METHUEN IS OK. I WOULD COME DOWN. I DO GO TO THE MEETING ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT THE LAWRENCE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN MEDFORD. IT IS HELD IN THE NURSING BLDG NEXT TO THE HOSPITAL. Guest guest Posted July 15, 2001 Report Share Posted July 15, 2001 We took our daughter to summer camp yesterday for a week. The house is so quiet ... I don't know what to do lol. Of course my 3 yr old is still keeping me busy. I love the summer months. I've spent the last 3 days planting a beautiful garden outside of our house. Anyway the reason i'm writing is because i read about your tatoo's. So cool that your pumped about them but let me ask you this. Since you are loosing so much and will continue to loose so much weight is it a good idea to get so much work done now rather than later. I mean your skin is gonna change considerably therefore so will the look of the tat (i myself have had this problem)Well had you not considered that already i thought i would give you some food for thought. Originally, I was only going to do my forearms because, while they are getting slimmer, the shape won't change much so that's safe. As far as my back goes, my upper back is a fairly flat plane and even when I was 300 pounds, it wasn't much different. The only thing I can see happening with it is that it will eventually be hanging lower. I've discussed it with one of the tattoo artists who works there who lost over a hundred pounds so knows about large amounts of weight loss and tattoos...I'm pretty confident that what I have will be fine...I just expect it to be a little lower a year from now. Heh. I don't think it will get distorted much, if any. I'm definitely not getting my chest, stomach, upper arms, etc. tattooed for a long time, if ever. Maybe a few years down the line if I get some plastic surgery done. I eventually want to have a tattoo around my scar though, to 'prettify' it. *grin* As far as my total lost...I was down 77 pounds as of last week. I get weighed on Tuesday's so we'll see how I do then. Hehe...I've been out A LOT and I've been more active so I'm hoping it will be reflected in my loss this week...But then again you can never tell.
