Guest guest
Where are Y'all at? Just us with the fat feet seem to be communicating. We are having a lot of new members and they would like to hear from someone beside us. Come on guys, start speaking. That is unless you are not doing well. Then we all understand why you are silent. Take care, Irene
Guest guest
abraxis3@... Hi Irene, How ya doin'? I want to say " Hi " and " Welcome " to everyone that's new here! Seems this little group is expanding rapidly! It's a great place to be! Thought I'd ask something different...has everyone heard that a city (with pyramids, tunnels, buildings, etc., has been found 2,200 feet below the surface off the shore of Cuba? They think it's Atlantis! It's huge!!! They found it with underwater 'sonar', and it's covered with a thin layer of sand. National Geographic is going to go down there this summer and really check it out! Edgar Cayce said that Atlantis would be found during this time and that it was off the coast of North America. Well, Cuba is still North America! I'm excited!!! Well, all of you have a great day! Love, Sue --- patidu@... wrote: > Where are Y'all at? Just us with the fat feet seem > to be communicating. And I have beendoing good till I have started having trouble in my job place and trouble at home cause he does not understand why I can't be there everynight. But since has been giving me demoral inj. to get me out of the cycle I go for awhile okay they are back again. So my next appt. we will discuss rainsing depokote cause I am still not the low side. Are you not taking any other other medication for it? It is so strange different dr. differnet meds, same ailment. Guest guest
Deana, I was on Depakote after I first was hospitalized at the Diamond Headache Clinic for 31/2 weeks they sent me home and I was on about 14 different medications and Depakote was one of them. I was on it for quite a while and was on quite a high dose too. It gave me the shakes so bad and between all the different thing s I was on I didn't know if I was coming or going. The headaches were gone but I had so many side affects from God only knows which drugs. Since 1995 I have literally been on over 100 different medications it is absolutely crazy, either they don't work or I have terrible side effects or my Drs. mix meds that shouldn't be mixed and don't tell each other. it's a good thing I do my own research on the medications or I would be dead probably about 25 times already. Well, I hope the Depakote works for you. Right now I am on Topamax, Norpramin, Bellergal,Seroquil,Zoloft,Zyrtec,Wellbutrin,Zypreza, these are just for my migraines I take nothing for the fibro for pain if you can believe that one! Well take care of yourself and let me now how your doing on the Depakote...

Guest guest
Deana, Iam so happy to hear you had such a great week-end! It's not often that we ever hear that anyone has had too many good days on here so that was quite a pleasure to read! It's great that your husband is finally giving you the support that need and deserve! Take advantage of it for as long as it lasts and hopefully it will last for ever ! Maybe alot of the advice you've gotten here has helped you with how you have delt with his denial just getting others opinions on how they have handled similar situations. Who knows but however it has helped I'm happy for you and hope it keeps up! Stay positive and feeling good. Keep in touch. And yes all those meds i'm on are for migraines ......sick isn't it? Guest guest
Deana, I am happy for you that your weekend went so well. There will good days and bad days and I think that now the two of you will make it as you say one day at a time. That is the only way to get through this fibro that we have. Guest guest
Wow andI thought I was on a lot of meds. Those are all just for migraines. She keeps saying she does not want to change migraine medicine. I found out I had degenetive disc disease, guess it runs in the family, lucky me, huh oh well I also take maxalt for the migraines which help too. And actually I have not side effects from depakote, but am still on a low dose, infact she mentioned going up on it. It is an antiseizure medications, you were probably on too high a dose. Well to let the group know this has been the best weekend I have had in over 6 months or more so my husband and I have even done some fun things and made some plans and alternate plans for the future. We are talking better these days and I think he is starting to get pass the denial and anger and says he is in it with me for the long haul. So I feel pretty good. I have no how long it will last so I have been savoring everyminute yet leary like someone is looking over my shoulder. But we take it one day at a time. Thanks to the group for the support. I have not written much, but gives me great feellings to get on and read and feel the support we give to each other. It is wonderful. And I thank all for the support! May you all experience many days of the weekend I just experienced more and more! Guest guest
Irene, thank you for your response and it was good while it lasted, but today is another day and it is not a daay I wished for. But I like you said it is one day at a time actually sometime hour by hour. Well it was good while it lasted and it did help a good cause with my husband so I do count my blessings, hoping you are feeling good today and heading back to bed.
