1/4 " " emergency " mold for overflows is out, cut and trimmed, and the scent

is very faint. I used .5 oz/lb...... but I made it on Saturday, so we'll

see how it cures.

IMO - not enough FO - I used 1 oz per pound of oils and the scent is still

really nice and strong - I always use 1 oz FO - per pound of oils - except

with the mints.

I use the same. Most of my scents hold really well that way.

I have some soap sitting out for over 6 months - and it is still really nice -

I have never understood why people will go to all the time & trouble to make

soap and skimp on the ingredients (oil) and fragrances.

Mine, too is a yummy vanilla brown..... but the scent seems to have faded

considerably. It's not even out of the big slab molds yet, but the small, 1

1/4 " " emergency " mold for overflows is out, cut and trimmed, and the scent

is very faint. I used .5 oz/lb...... but I made it on Saturday, so we'll

Pam - my guess is you're right. For some reason, I have it stuck in my

brain that .5 - .7/pound was right, and not being familar with this scent, I

went on the low side. We'll do better next time!

Thanks
