I found as I got better allergy and digestion wise, I didn't need the

expensive enzymes so much anymore. I still take some inexpensive ones

from Swanson VItamins and they seem to do the trick.

If money were no object, I would still be taking the Houston

Neutraceuticals, and/or some other top notch ones, etc....but we do

what we gotta do.

Natural thyroid hormones as well as hydrocortisone for adrenal support

can be gotten for very little. Contact me offline for the sources.
