i always (try to) mix at 100 degrees, and i've had that happened once or twice,

although i think it was due to the fo.

at the mash potato stage, i was always quick to pour as i thought more blending

would keep accelerating trace. i had no idea you

could save this. next time i'll try the stick blender (after i go buy a back

up!) was it here that anne-Marie mentioned letchin

(sp?) to help prevent seizing? i don't know if it applies in this case, maybe

she'll repeat the info.
