City of Galveston runs the island. GoldStar does Texas City, LaMarque,

Dickinson, and Bacliff, League City and Santa Fe have their own services.

Thanks Thom. Goes G'Star work 911 or do they just do Dialysis and

Interfacility Transports?

Txbasic...

Less than a hour away includes most of the southeast Houston area.

You have Pearland ( Paid 911) , Friendswood ( Volunteer 911) , CLEMC

(Volunteer 911) , ETMC/Pasadena (Paid 911) Enterprise (I think they

still cover Webster Paid 911 and Transfer) along with numerous other

Transfer services in the area. Hope this helps. If you don't mind a

little 30 or so minute drive to school you might want to look in the

Webster / League City area. You can find fairly affordable

apartments there. In Galveston you can find that some of the nicer

places are a little high. Hope this helps.
