He says this:

She has point tenderness over " excessor intervicular " bilaterally.

Also say that x-rays obtained showed " excessor intervicular " present

bilaterally.

And his impression is " excessor intervicular " both feet.

I hope this helps.

I am going to try to listen for accessory navicular joint. Thanks Jan.

How about Hürthle cell change. I found this in the MPI under cells and also

in Stedman's Medical Eponyms.

Hope this is it.
