Guest guest
Holly, they do it all the time. That's why I look everything up before I decide whether to do it with, or without, my insurance. Guest guest
Jody, I didn't think you were making a big deal out of it and I am glad that you pointed it out. I will now be more aware. My final comment is that we should be able to go to the pharmacist and say... " I want this drug under my insurance, and this I will pay for without insurance because it is cheaper that way. " It should not be neccessary to go to another pharmacist... unless their prices are better of course. And the pharmacist should advise us if the price is lower without insurance. There... my final word. Take care, Katy.
Guest guest
Hi Katy, I didn't mean it to sound like I wanted this to drop, have just been surprised by all the responses to this topic this time around. We talked about this some months back too but more quietly I think. I just forget how many new people we are seeing on a weekly basis to this group, and they do need to be aware of it. I did tell my pharmascist to fill them without using insurance, and they told me it was against the insurance policies to do that once the insurance is in the system. I don't know if that is just with them, or how it works, I got tired of being ripped off and jerked around with them so left them altogether. They lose It is no big deal for me to go to a second pharmacy for my meds, I can drive from one end of the city line to the other end of the city line in about 7 minutes and that is allowing for about 7 traffic signals Jody _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx
