Guest guest
I agree with Pierre that you may trade one stress for another. The question is do you enjoy your job? Would you miss it? Are you thinking that getting more rest would efffect your health? I am in the group that does believe our bodies require more rest to patch up sometimes. It is hard to imagine that you would really get any rest with small children at home. (Before I had children I worked as a prison guard, having children was much more tiring) I do agree that you need some time to heal but taking a month off may not be enough. Perhaps your parents would hire someone to help do the heavy cleaning around the house. Another thought would be to find a mother's day out program so that you could have a day off. Keep us posted. Guest guest
Hi Pierre There are of course, degrees of stress, at this time of year mine go through the roof but surprisingly my blood pressure hasn't been!!! I expected a link? Dave Re: Does stress effect IGAN? We can all use a little less stress in our lives, disease or no disease. Will reducing your stress level help with the IgAN? Who knows. All you can do is try it. Personally, I don't think you can really get rid of stress. You can only exchange one stress for another Pierre To edit your settings for the group, go to our Yahoo Group home page: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/iga-nephropathy/ To unsubcribe via email, iga-nephropathy-unsubscribe Visit our companion website at www.igan.ca.
