hi, i cant answer all of your questions but maybe this will help. i

am 2 months post op and still have residual swellimg. 100%normal

my lips still dont meet but are closer everyday 100% normal too.as

for the ortho stuff it is normal for your teeth to look " not right "

before things do come together. i have had a very strange bite but

things sre getrting there. the cold in your teeth is probably a bit

of exposed root from the orthodontics.as for the nose thing i assume

you had upper ? its easy to pick apart your face post op and see

things that you maybe wouldnt have noticed before. we tend to

scrutinize our faces to much post op because we cant help it i guess.

just remember that as the residual swelling goes down and the muscles

loosen up your face will continue to change. 2 months is too soon to

know your permanent result.

hang in there...

two months post op....don't have any sort of lip closure. The
