Hi Howie and all,

Now that I've decided to de-lurk for the day, this is the best time for me

to tell about myself.....

I'm a 32 year old " blushing " bride-to-be (June 10th) - no comments from

either of the " evil " 's about that one. :D

I've been soapmaking for just over one year and have gotten many return

customers, so I'm happy about that. I have another part-time business, as

well as working in foster care as a case manager (just a fancy term for a

social worker - helps us vie for higher salaries, HA!). I'm originally from

Upstate NY ( " Hi " to Dave & Dan), but now live in the Detroit Metro area

(Howie, where in MI are your kids?), so social work in an urban area is a

difficult task for this country girl.

We've got two large kitties, one of whom is sitting in front of the monitor

as I type, so he can say " Hi " . They are each 17 #s of muscle and grace. I

love them dearly, can't you tell? They are my surrogate children until we

have the human variety.

Howie, don't forget you can add goat's milk to soap! Maybe belle would

be nice enough to share with you. It adds really nice properties, I think.

Okay, enough about me....Next?

>a pygmy goat (shhhh, belle didn't know she

>was a goat!) dogs, cats & hmmm..birds (uh-oh, another bird brain!)

I'm originally from Monroe, Michigan (close to you, ) and that's

where most of my family still lives. belle Lee, my pygmy goat,

doesn't give milk, so I buy powdered gm to put in my soaps...belle

thinks she's one of the dogs and I think I've even heard her bark once

LOL!
