Guest guest
Hey Shell, great to hear from ya! If it makes ya feel better, I've probably ended up eating a few things that did move, so don't worry about it. Listen, you are strong. Do what is right for you with your husband. I know you have it in you to make choices for you. Not to get all philosophic, but having spent many of my French years studying Sartre, I agree with his viewpoint that you can either just be or you can live. It's just up to you to decide to do things for yourself and not succumb to the masses. As far as the "gain", write it off. Pack it away as a memory, call it a net loss of 2.2, and move forward. Guest guest
Shell Hang in there. You have to do whats right for you when the time is right. At least you are still down 2.2 pounds. Your still on the minus side. You can do this.
