Guest guest
Congrats Tina! You will be on your way to KY before you know it! Good news to share Good morning ladies, Sorry I haven't been responding to most of the post,I have been reading them though.I have been wracking my brain, trying to get surgery paid. Good news, I was interviewed & hired yesterday(for housekeeping) in a local hotel.Days only~~which was a major concern. And on top of the found a reliable sitter, to come to my house ( & she can sit on weekends)so if all goes well I will get Dr. L paid in full by Christmas. I am so excited. They called me back again this morning & offered my full time, with overtime, & benefits. Cross your fingers for me ladies. Oh also, my goddaughter was born saturday, weighing 4 lb,,she is a cutie.SomIve been running to spend time with her. DD had her 1st dance recital last fri,,she did well. Oh I shared this with you all,,before DH even found out, LOL.I'll tell him tonight when he gets home. And start work tomorrow. Welcome to all the newbies. And thinking about you all. Guest guest
Dear Deb, I can't agree with you more. We do appreciate the very little things that everyone takes for granted. Last Friday, I spent the day with at her orientation at USC. I was just so delighted that we were able to do this. All the other parents were so worried about minute details such as parking or whether their child was choosing the right classes or the right major. I actually could care less what she majors in. In fact, she changed her major as the orientation started. It was such a joy speinding time doing this since she had to put it off for two years and since we have some hope that she might be actually able to matriculate. Have a wonderful day at the picnic and enjoy every moment!!! Ruth
