from FL had his casting done today

It was upsetting but only when he had to sit up for the back of the

head casting...however as predicted it went fairly quickly...and it is

more traumatic for the parents than the kid (I'm exhausted!)

After LOTS of research/comparing/talking to people, etc we settled on

the DOC band simply because we live in SoFL and with this heat a more

enclosed/bulkier helmet meant more heat so we went with CT (I am still

torned since we found an excellent OT for StarBands).

He'll get his band in 7 days (they told me) since he is young and

needs to be banded ASAP....we'll post picts then.
