Congrats on the 4 lbs. lost !!!!! WAY TO GO!!!

WOW! That is great! Like you said it probably wont continue at this

rate and you don't want it to really. Hal to 2 lbs a week is a good

rate. Just be sure to be losing it the right way. Getting enough

calories, water and exercise. It's not just losing that counts but

losing the right way and keeping it off and being healthy that is most

important.

Actually that was a gain of one pound! Oh well. Today is my annual checkup

(Pap test etc.) so I'll get an official weight -- and check on how accurate

my old bathroom scales really is. :-)
