Which docs have you seen in MA? We saw Dr. Madsen and he gave us a

script and wrote a great letter of med necessity. It is in the

files section if you'd like to read it. Though she was 3mos when we

got the script, NOPCO wouldn't band her for two more months b/c they

told us she was too young. We went to CT. Have you thought of

seeing the doctor CT refers to even though it is out of state? They

used to do a one evening a week thing w/the doctor and the ortho

from CT. It might be worth the travel (and possible out of pocket

expense) if you are having that much trouble.
