OT--it's a...........

April 28, 2000

GIRL!!!! I had another u/s today. I couldn't be happier. Little

wanted a little sister so bad. Of course mom and grandma(my mom) wanted

another girl also. I am on cloud 9 right now. I have that cat that ate the

canary look on my face. She is growing just like she should. She measured

25 wk 1 day. .

I am really starting to get real comfortable now. I finally know what the

baby is, the abruption is healed, and I am now about to the point if God

forbid I go pre-term it will be a long haul but the end result should be a

good one.

I am also feeling like I will be able to get breastfeeding to work this

time.

I called DH after the u/s and he did sound just a twinge disappointed, but

oh well, he will now have two daddy's girls.

Now onto the job bigger than the delivery...................finding a name.

LOL

I have 3 good pictures of the baby from today. My favorite is a picture of

the bottom of her foot!!! I just want to kiss it. I love baby feet. I

cannot wait to meet her. I should have the new pictures up next week.

She was real active during the u/s again. Started out head down and by the

middle of the u/s she was stretched across my belly. As always she was

asleep by the time the u/s was complete. The woman that did the u/s goes to

our church. My mom told her that the baby would fall asleep by the end and

she just look at us like we were crazy. But at the end she said look she is

real still. She told me to remember this. If the baby is crying a lot I

will have to give her a massage. I really think it must feel like a massage

to her that's why she always falls asleep.

I am sure I have yammered on long enough. Like I said my head is in the

clouds.
