Have you stopped this for good? IV chelation is a bad idea, EDTA is a bad idea if you have mercury, and usually one chelator is sufficient. Frequent, low, oral dosing of chelators works much better and is vastly safer. > I had terrible side effects and had to stop. If you checked your liver and kidneys with standard blood tests (such as a metabolic panel), all it means is they are not on the verge of failure. It does not mean they are fine. > Anyone got any ideas on what is still wrong with me? IV chelation redistributes metals. This means it pulls a lot of metals from where they are lodged in the body, some of this is excreted, and the remainder (most of it) is dropped in a new location causing more damage and symptoms. Start reading through the Files and Links to get more familiar with the frequent, low dose protocol. Consider getting Andy Cutler's books: http://www.noamalgam.com http://www.noamalgam.com/hairtestbook.html There is lots of good help in this group. --

Guest guest
Hi I did go over the test myself, compared them to the tests I did before the chelation, nothing had changed for the worse.Luckily I was doing IV vit c at the time. I wonder if one of minerals have been severly depelted, maybe I don't have adequate gutathione.Possibly the mercury was binding a virus that was released with the chelation ??? Guest guest
I need to start using some EDTA to help clear my arteries. I will be doing it orally in the form of Caysine (EDTA) and NOT by IV. Yes, yes, I know EDTA contraindicated, but my heart failure is rapidly and consistently progressing to where I fear for my life, and I can't do much anymore. I have been taking all the other recommended heart supplements, and they seems to do very little, or at least nothing that I can notice. Things are ony getting worse, and this has been progressing for many years now. I have been chelating with DMSA for 2 1/2 years, and for about 1 1/2 years have been adding very small amounts of ALA (I can't tolereate much)My outward mercury symptoms are greatly improved, but the heart keeps getting worse and worse at a steady pace. Are there any kinds of safeguards that might help make the EDTA a little less damaging to use? For instance, what would happen if I took the EDTA ONLY at the same time as chelating with DMSA? Would this possibly have some kind of negetive interaction, or would it instead, provide some amount of safeguard against redistribition? I have tried to ask Andy but got no response. Sorry to put you on the spot about this, but it has become beyond serious and I have to do something, and do it QUICK, and yet, want to hopefully have as few reprocushions as possible. Thanks for any suggestions. ~Inga I will> >> >> Hi,over 2 months ago I was doing Iv dmps and Iv Edta and dmsa.I know any better and stupidly trusted the doctor. I have the Hair test Book and the Amalgam Illness book...but I just loaned them out to a gal with MS, so thank you. ======================= > He says if you start to high, you will get a lot of this. IM>>>>>>>Well, I never had an nausea withthe IV's but this going to be oral. SO am I understanding that he is okay with EDTA now, in certain circumstances??? ======================== > > I think you'll need more mineral supplementation with EDTA - > it pulls *everything*. It might take longer that way, but I don't want to make myself sicker trying to get well-er. I just talked to the inventor of the Angioprim and am very optimistic......his story is that he died twice on the table in heart surgery, and he is still here which is encouraging. Thanks for your support. I will let you all know how it goes.... Crossing my fingers in prayer, Inga > > Many healing wishes, > -- >

In HTI, Andy classifies EDTA in the same category as chlorella, as something never to be used with mercury toxic people. (p. 246) The only circumstances I have heard him say that EDTA might possibly be used in a mercury toxic person is if the person absolutely cannot, under any conditions, tolerate DMSA. I do not know what he would say about a mercury toxic person with arterial plaques. Do you actually have a dx of this, or are you supposing it based on symptoms?? > ======================== > > > > I think you'll need more mineral supplementation with EDTA - > > it pulls *everything*. Guest guest
Are you taking Quercetin? This is the most important bioflavinoid and the main reason for the " French Paradox " . Some info out there about it de-activating the cold sore virus, that there is mounting evidence of being behind a lot of heart disease.
