visit to the neph last week

I had a visit to the neph last week, some good news.

My cholesterol/blood fat levels are all drastically back to normal

(serious change) and my blood pressure fell back to 120/80.

So, I guess things are looking status quo (was going to say up, but it's

chronic :P)
