I don't know how many of you are familiar with the usenet newsgroup

alt.support.kidney-failure

You can easily get to it via your newsreader. I just use the one in Outlook

Express.

It's a public newsgroup that doesn't get much traffic, but seems to have

become more a market for the sale of kidneys than anything else over the

past couple of years. Anybody can post anything there at any time. There are

occasional questions that I try to answer on there, especially when someone

is new to dialysis, that sort of thing. There are a few other good people

who also answer questions related to dialysis, etc.

I hadn't looked at it in a while, but, it appears our group and my website

are under attack there at the moment.
