He was transplanted Thursday a.m. Started at 6:00 a.m. and was in the recovery room by 12:30. He's doing really well. I'm borrowing the nurses computer in ICE at 4:00 a.m on Friday so I don't have much time. Jodi Message: 15692 From: Jodi R Received: Mon Sep 11, 2000 2:18 PM Subject: -one month post tx Yesterday, the 10th, was 's one month anniversary for his transplant. He's doing SO well. His labs (LFT's) are in the normal range as of last Friday. He went to Denver with today for a check up with the GI doc and the surgeon. Talked to briefly on the cell and he said the surgeon didn't lift any restrictions (bike-riding, etc) but that's all the info I got out of him so far. He has a tutor that will start coming tomorrow so that he doesn't get behind in school-still won't be going to school for a while. It's been amazing to watch the changes in him-he's so much happier and gets homework done right away (that used to be a HUGE struggle-homework time could take HOURS) What a blessing!!! Guess that's about all. Catch ya all later. With love, Jodi
