Ok another super day but still fighting to get to the minimum of my points

range I think it is because I do not have any snacky things around tonight I

added a ton of cheese to my eggs just to hit my minimum oh well I know the days

to come will be ones where all I want to do is graze so I will enjoy this

feeling while it is here. My positive affirmation today is that I will soon be

in the 250's definitely within the next month!!!!! Hope your days are greeat!!!!

Met all my nutritonal requirements today and drank 100 oz of water.

Well, we got all of the walls painted so now we are in the process of finishing

the trim work. It really looks good! It had not been painted in at least 10

years and a new coat makes a huge difference. Dang, this is hard work! And

can someone explain why we always seem to pick the middle of summer for

painting?? Oh, well, we're almost finished and a little sweat never hurt

anyone! Thanks for asking!
