Well this was supposed to be a fun weekend but it turned out to be the weekend from Hell and I let it turn me to eating too much and no journaling for 2 days. Friday, MIL picked up the step kids so they were in town so hubby and I could take them to Kings Island Saturday. Get a call LATE Friday night from MIL that youngest step kiddo just started her very first period. UGH! So, since Hubby and youngest daughter and I were going for the water park we figured what was the point in going. This got the older daughter all pissy and she could not understand why we would not want to drive 2 hours there and watch her ride rides then drive 2 hours back. We did not go so everyone was in a horrible mood all weekend. Then yestersday instead of going to a baseball game like we (hubby and I) wanted to MIL decided to have a birthday party for the older daughter because she was complaining that she

never had cake for her birthday in June....yes you read it right...JUNE!!! Oh my! I could not believe MIL did this for her. So we had to drive 1 hour to MIL and then find out MIL thought we were taking the kids back to their mom's house. So, we had to make a 4 hour drive to return them. WHEW! I am glad it is Monday...and I am 100% back OP!

Thanks for the support.

I know you were in the rain but you did get to see so I am sure it was great! We go see Jimmy Buffett every year here and it has poured almost everytime. Lightening blew out a speaker a few years ago. Still, we love our outdoor concerts! Hope you still had fun dancing in the rain!
