I'm so excited to hear how much he's grown! Yah, I remember the first few

months of having 3 kids to get out the door and how hard it was. Luckily,

just like everything it gets soooo much easier I hope your body gets up

Sounds like Rowan is growing like a weed. I know how it is to get two kids out the door. I will be in big trouble if I had three. No exercise, are you crying? LOL

Rowan's 2 week check up

We went to the Mommy and Me thing at the health center this afternoon. It goes from 1:30-3 pm.....we got there at 3 LOL It is SO much harder to get three kids out the door *sigh* even with my mother's help. But they were very nice, a couple of the moms were still there so we stayed for 1/2 hour. The nurse gave me a packet of info, also told me because I lost a lot of blood after the birth that I should wait until my 6 week check up to exercise to make sure my iron is back up.....I'm just SO heartbroken over that....NOT. Any excuse to not exercise lol

Rowan is now 8 lb 9 oz and 21 " long! That's up a 1 lb and 1 1/2 " since birth! Wowsers! He has a little rash on his butt so the nurse said to use a medicated cream like Zincofax, I have a sample somewhere......

I plan on going back next week, maybe meet some more moms, but I'll leave earlier. I will also only have Keely and Rowan with me, Arran will be back in school.

Oh ya, I'm just heartbroken that I can't exercise LOL My mom says he is growing like a weed too, I say he's growing like a sunflower ;-) Must have some pretty good mommy milk here lol
