She is 10.5 months old and I am wondering if it is a better alternative than cow's milk. Any feed back would be great! However, I don't think it is all that healthy and will most likely eliminate it from my diet when I get really brave or am forced too. As it is I have to limit it in my and my children's diets because when we use a lot of dairy, none of us feel very well.
