Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I just got done reading this digest - wow what an awakening! I know what FM feels like, I know how hard it is to give up work - I know all that stuff - just the way everyone has written their hearts and souls here.. about their illnesses, about the jerk docs that don't take hardly anyone serious enough (we pay for those that abuse) about and her struggles with ER, Neuro stuff and how scared she must truly be! Joy and her struggle with acceptance of MPS. Diane leaving her hubby - gee FM tries very hard to make our lives hell - in every way possible. It ruins friendships (with those you have known many years), relationships (SO or BF/GF), and even marriage. How can it not take a HUGE emotional toll - it has on mine! I don't have alot of faith that many marriages/relationships can withstand this debilitation that we have.. I know some make it and my hat is off to all of you! But for the rest, my heart is weeping over here for you all...such pain, sorrow, saddness, scary places for many of you. All I can say is I am empathizing with you all, I hope all works out for the best down the road (even have hopes for me someday too!) and that you all find the HELP you need, the docs that CARE and WILL provide pain control as NECESSARY and that every single one of us gets the care we deserve and NEED! I AM going to find that link again and post it as soon as I can find it - UGH It is GREAT - it's called something like The Oregon Pain Patients Bill of Rights............... It's awesome and maybe you don't live in Oregon - but it sure says ALOT about controlled substances and the difference between dependency and addiction! I will find it - on a mission........ Your all in my thoughts and prayers! Kathy R-M & Zoo in Beautiful Central Oregon ---------------------------------
